We offer a total system warranty from Verisco for all of the commercial properties we work on. This includes the labor, products, and workmanship. These warranties can be purchased in 15, 20, and 30 year packages.
What commercial roofing styles do you install?
We install TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR roofs, metal, shingle, and slate.
What manufacturers do you work with?
We work with a variety of roofing material manufacturers, including top brands like GAF, Versico, Carlisle, and Owens Corning.
How long do your roof installations take?
It depends on the size and scope of your project. Roof repairs and residential roofing projects can be completed in under a week. Commercial projects range depending on the size of the roof and the material installed.
What residential roofing styles do you offer?
We offer shingle, slate, EPDM, TPO, and metal roofs.
What is the difference between your product and workmanship warranties?
Products warranties come from the manufacturer, and cover faulty materials. Our workmanship warranties are offered directly through us and cover installation issues.
